NAME OF THE REGISTER
Commercial Centre Customer Database
PURPOSE (OF USE) OF THE REGISTER
The register is used for the e-management of client correspondence, customer relations
and marketing as well as market research. As the registrar's representative the
register is maintained and managed by EFM Suomi Oy.
REGISTRATION TARGET GROUP
Consumers and tenants who are interested in centre news and marketing.
INFORMATION CONTAINED BY THE REGISTER
Subscriber data: First name, surname, street address, country, mobile phone,
post office, postal code, sex, age group, e-mail, subjects of interest: teenage
fashion, sports & leisure, mothers & children, fashion & accessories,
home, interior decoration & electronics, beauty, health & wellbeing, cafés
& restaurants & groceries, services and other stores.
SOURCES OF INFORMATION
The information will be obtained from the subscriber once he/she fills in the order
form.
REGULATORY PROVISION OF INFORMATION
The information will not be released outside the Kamppi Retailer Association.
RIGHTS OF USAGE
Every subscriber has the right to know what information pertaining to him/her has
been saved in the subscriber database. The information can be checked once every
Calendar Year without additional costs. The inspection request must be delivered
in writing to the registrar mentioned in this document (register description) and
signed in person. Due to the inspection request the information to be retrieved
is in writing and will be delivered by post to the address given by the person in
question.
REGISTER SECURITY
The register has been saved on ADP and access is restricted only to the registrar's
representative.
